Mark Letenzi, the founder and principal of MPC, brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the company having built a career as a respected leader in tax credit consulting and real estate development. Mark’s dedication to excellence and his passion for community-focused development drive MPC’s mission to create spaces that inspire and endure. Mark received a B.S. in finance and real estate from Virginia Tech. He has been a speaker at numerous tax credit industry seminars and conferences, as well as a guest lecturer at Virginia Tech’s Real Estate Program.
